Valley Skaters The P. Buckley Moss Museum in Waynesboro, Virginia, was completed in 1989. It closely resembles many of the larger houses in the Shenandoah Valley built by the early 19th century settlers. The museum is a center for appreciation and study of Pat’s artistic works and aesthetic ideas.
